CROSSING CONDOTTI

CROSSING CONDOTTI combines the chic atmosphere of a boutique hotel with the warmth of a private home. Occupying the first floor of an eighteenth-century townhouse, it is elegantly decorated with a mix of antique pieces, mid-century-modern classics, rich textiles, and a unique collection of artworks from antiquity to modern day. With its private entrance off the street, it offers guests a discreet and quite retreat from the hubbub of the city. At the same time, it is ideally located near a host of popular sites and activities, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the luxury boutiques off Via Condotti. Accommodations include five superior rooms, two deluxe rooms, one junior suite, one master suite, one penthouse suite, and one apartment, which sleeps up to six. The décor is individual to each and reflects the home’s overall eclectic aesthetic. All have wood floors, queen-sized beds, sleek bathrooms with shower and tub, coffeemakers, and iPad Airs preloaded with information on what to do and see in Rome and 4G sim cards that guests can take with them while out and about.

Additional amenities include a separate private entrance and courtyard for the junior suite, as well as a kitchenette and bar in the deluxe rooms, the suites, and the apartment. Crossing Condotti also features one of the most helpful and knowledgeable concierge teams you’ll find anywhere. Davide and Francesco are available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily to assist you with everything from airport transfers to gift ideas to off-the-beaten-path suggestions for a truly immersive Roman experience. While there is no on-site restaurant, Davide and Francesco will also happily recommend some of the best places in the area to eat and drink—the website has a great list as well. In addition, guests have 24/7 access to a kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, an ice maker, plenty of snacks, and a refrigerator full of all kinds of soft drinks.
